One day after a warrant was issued for his arrest, Dominick Flores, 19, turned himself into police. He was wanted for the homicide of I’mage Greer who was shot dead in the 200 block of Green Street on Wednesday, July 28, around 12:40 a.m. as Daily Voice reported at the time. Joseph Slivinski, 71, of Lackawanna County, was struck by lightning while playing golf on Friday at Pine Hills Golf Course, according to the county coroner.
